Mike Emery has been performing professionally since 1978. After a successful 14 years on the Boston music scene (7 years with "Boston Players"), Mike moved to the Capital Region in 1990. Since moving to the area he has enjoyed working with the region's top groups such as Plus 24, Marlowe & Company Wedding & Big Band, The Joey Thomas Big Band, Doc Scanlon's Rhythm Boys, The Refrigerators, Cheers, Sonny & Perley, Spectrum Big Band, Colleen Pratt, Jan Isen, Jay and the Americans and Jill Hughes' "Institute For Soul Research."

Georgia Jones

Georgia Jones is one the most sought after vocalists' in the state of New York. Her versatile vocal stylings have 'wooed' a most prestigious audience with the likes of the Baldwin brothers, Kim Basinger, Chynna Phillips, Paul Newman, Nia Long, Mick Jones, and Little Steven.

She has graced the stages of numerous A-list nightclubs in Manhattan such as, Tavern on the Green, The Supper Club, The Rainbow Room, Windows on the World, The Waldorf Astoria, Irving Plaza, CBGB's and Cafe Wha?. Her recording credits include projects with Cyndi Lauper, L.L. Cool J, John Mellencamp, Cissy Houston, and Joey McIntyre. She also performed with Sarah McLachlan on The Late Night Show with David Letterman.

Wesley James "Wes J"

Formerly of The Refrigerators, Wes J came on board with New York Players in November of 2005. Wes is also one of the most sought after session singers in the region. His influences include, Luther Vandross, James Ingram, Stevie Wonder and Maurice White of Earth, Wind and Fire. Once Wes J starts singing, you’ll never want to leave the dance floor...

Patrick Stacey

Lead Vocal, Emcee & Percussion

Patrick has performed since the age of four in a variety of acts including a funk and soul revue, jazz combos, solo performances and theatrical productions. After training at the College and Conservatory of Music at the University of Cincinnati, he joined forces with his brother and quickly became one of the hottest acts in the Eastern United States with Groove Thangs, a popular and critically heralded outfit based in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. They released four independent recordings, were courted by Epic Records, and became part of the Miller Genuine Draft Band Network.

Kenny Nemiroff

Lead Vocal, Piano & Keyboards

Kenny's proficient talent has put him with some upstanding musical company sharing the stage with members of Orleans, Mandrill, Little Feat, Bon Jovi and the Peter Gabriel band. Additionally, Kenny held the keyboard chair for Little Anthony, The Shirelles and spent a year as part of Robbie Dupree's band sharing the writing responsibilities on Robbie's album "Carried Away".

Bob Boyer

Bob has toured internationally and has shared the stage with such notables as Pat Benatar, Loverboy, Eddie Money, Little Feat, Marshall Tucker, The Fabulous Thunderbirds, Joan Jett, Blue Oyster Cult, Average White Band, Survivor, Dickie Betts, Aimee Mann, John Cafferty and the Beaver Brown Band, Richie Havens, Warren Haynes, Sammy Kershaw and many others.

Howie Brown

Sax & Keyboards

Howie has worked as a professional musician for 25 years and has played with such notables as The Drifters, Livingston Taylor, Levon Helm, Tony Levin of Peter Gabriel's band, Tico Torres of Bon Jovi, John Hall and many others. Based out of Woodstock, NY, Howie has been working the Capital District music scene for the last few years and has played with local favorites such as The Lustre Kings, Doc Scanlon's Rhythm Boys and most recently a two year stint with Jill Hughes' "Institute For Soul Research" as the house band for the Metro in Saratoga.

Tony Gambaro

Trumpet, Flugelhorn & Percussion

Having developed a passion for his instrument early in life, Tony honed his craft playing with the Avant Garde Drum & Bugle Corps, an award-winning marching group from Saratoga Springs, N.Y. and was the featured soloist for 6 years. Labeled a prodigy, he quickly gained national recognition, and was hired by top national artists including Ben E. King, Bobby Vinton and then joined the highly-successful show band, “The Blues Other Brothers", and toured Internationally with the group for 7 years.

Since then, Tony has played with Tower of Power and rock legend Bon Jovi as well as local favorites "Out of Control" and was one of the original founding members of the “Burners UK”. Tony's passions include his family, playing trumpet, boating and home theater.

Chris Barron

Trombone & Percussion

After completing his B.A. in Music Education from the Crane School of Music, Chris moved to the Capital District and taught K-12 Instrumental Music for 6 years. Since moving to the area he has played with many local favorites including The Keith Pray Quartet, The Joey Thomas Big Band, The Refrigerators, The Brian Patenaude Quartet, The Carl Landa Band, The Empire Jazz Orchestra, The Groove Syndicate Band, and The Burners U.K. In his spare time he enjoys producing his own amateur sports radio talk show and tearing up the golf course.

Pat Perkinson

Bass & Lead Vocals

Pat has been playing professionally for over 25 years. A native of the Albany area, he has performed live and recorded with countless local artists. He has lived and worked in Los Angeles, New York City and Tampa, and has traveled the country with various bands as well as a tour of Europe and Japan.

Pat has also performed with recording artists The Rascals, Alive n Kickin and The Dan Toler Band and on the soundtrack to the 1997 movie “The Castle”.
